A 20-year expert in employee benefits and administration, Bell serves as Vice President of Human Resources for Winston Hospitality, Inc. Previously, she held the role of Vice President and Director of Investor Relations, Administration, and Human Resources for the original Winston Hotels. Earlier in her career, Bell held a variety of sales and marketing positions within the insurance and hospitality industries.

Bell is licensed in the State of North Carolina for Life, Accident, Health, and Sickness insurance. She earned her B.S. in Business Administration from North Carolina Wesleyan College. Bell is an active member of the Raleigh-Wake Human Resource Management Association and the Society for Human Resource Management, and is a past member of the National Investor Relations Institute.
